Decent individual link track set for T 34/85?
Posted by corvettemike on Sunday, August 5, 2012 8:29 AM

Who makes a decent AM track set that will fit the Tamiya T 34/85? I've seen alot of sets on the net but they either have no info or claim they will not fit the sprockets on the Tamiya kits. The Modelkasten sets look nice but unsure on what type to get if they fit I/E M-40/41/42.

Afv club tracks. They have the early print and also the late print. Read the box carefully. I used them on the Tamiya T-34/76 and they fit the sprocket. Worst case just modify the track a bit or the sprocket. The afv club tracks are the most inexpensive set. So you save money to buy more AM pieces for the tank !Yes

Hope this helps,

The AFV Club ones are very nice, but I found them a nightmare to work with. They are workable so clip togetther, but fall apart very easily.
