Tiger I question
Posted by Kentucky Colonel on Saturday, August 18, 2012 9:46 AM

I don't know if this is the right forum to put this but here goes.

Does anybody know where I can find a picture of Tiger I, tank # B21 S.Pz-Abt Grossdeutschland.

They were in East Preussia in 1945 when they got wiped out. I've tried all my sources and can't find any.

Hi Kentucky Colonel,

try Tiger im Focus - www.tiif.de

Harmut and the guys (David Byrden occasionally posts in here) have the most extensive Tiger 1 picture collection I have ever seen.

An other very good source I would try is the German Bundesarchiev;

Very Best Regards

Thanks for the links.

The first picture I was in the first link was the B-21 tank, that in itself will make a great model.

Now I'm trying to find a different Tiger I Ausf E that was knocked out in one of the cities/towns of  East Preussia in 1945.

Now I'm hoping I can find a picture of B-24.

If anybody else might have this info I would appreciate it if they can post it here.
