First Model (pics)
Posted by rebelreenactor on Tuesday, February 10, 2004 8:52 PM

I tried to post thes pics in the forum but kept on getting a white box with a red "x" in it. Anyways heres the website. Wink [;)] http://www.geocities.com/rebelreenactor3rdconf/greatwars.html

The pics are fuzzy but thats all I've got for now.Disapprove [V]
I built this model from Italerie's 1/72 kit. I used a tamiya spray can and testors enamels. the figures are also Italerie. If you can see it, i made a tarp out of "kleenex" and put it on the back. THe jerrycans are from MRC's 1/72 WWII ground vehicles set. The ground cover is from Woodland scenics. And the Straps are made out of tooth floss.
I built this model back in July. Ever since then I have built 1/72. But I am now attempting a 1/35 TIGER. [:0] Only this time I will know about drybrushing, washes and pastels. Cool [8D]

Let me know what You guys think.Tongue [:P]

Can't think of a better kit to start with then a Sherman Wink [;)]

Looks like you've put a bit of work into this John. You'll find that 1/35 will be a new learning experience for you.

Thanks for sharing with us.

Looks great. The reason you get the x boxes is that geocities dosn't allow linking. Look forward to seeing more from you.
