You said it. I can live with a few sink marks and badly placed ejector pin marks if they are in a place that can be fixed. Whilst DML is not 1/2 the price here, the saving against Tamiya still goes a long way toward another kit.
I still can't believe that Tamiya thinks that an extra sprue on an old kit (read Universal Carrier (figures), Churchill (new figures but sans trailer even!!!), Sdkfz 222 (barrel and grills), etc, is licence to double the price of the old kit. Even the 'new' M113 has the old innaccurate hull!
Sure the Dragon Wagon and Famo with trailer are great kits, but at AUD $200 (USD $160 ) they are well beyond the budget of a lot of people.
