Terry: Fantastic, really neat kit, love to see it if you decide to jump in with us.

Wayne: I'd slapped the name Imperial Japanese GB on it since in part one we had only Second World War entries but I'd love to have any of those modern subjects if you do chose to join us.

Guys, the post is up on the GB forum for sign-ups and running for a year so drop in anytime!

Cool Rob, it's good to know I'm not the only one with an interest in it. Love to have you if you if you have a chance to join us.

Japanese armor is one of my favorite genres. Their armor really didn't change much from the start to the end of WW2, just a bit bigger.

Japanese Group Build Part II: starting January 1, 2013

Guys, probably not a huge numbers of Japanese AFV modelers out there but there are some kits so I felt I should post over here about Japanese Group Build Part II. Didn't get any armour kits built in Part I and I'm tempted to build one myself if no- one enters!

Only a few simple rules, I'd rather have fun and not get caught up on details:

* Start date January 1, 2013.

* Run time till December 31, 2013. No extensions, if there is enough interest we'll see about a part III!

* Japanese subjects (which I'll define as fighting under Japanese colours- aka a captured P-40 with Japanese markings and flown by a Japanese pilot would be considered 'Japanese')

* Cross-overs welcome

* Pre-started kits fine as long as they're under 50% completed (assembled but not painted).

* Any 'roll-over' non-completions from part I are welcome.

* I am leaning toward Second World War only since almost all the interest has been toward this. If anyone wants to do anything else please throw it out for discussion.

And have fun guys and gals!
