Hi all guess what the post man had on his truck for me. The kit has arrived the box size is 20x12x8 inches The kit was packed to the top with green peanuts, with major parts in bubble wrap I see resin, PE, the launch tube looks to be fiberglass and a fine job of glueing the two halves toghter, Friulmodel road wheels and tracks. card stock that was cut with a laser. a sheet of clear plastic for windows and green metal rods and a roll of plastic wire here are my cracking the box picture

and the launch tube measures out to almost 21 inches. I  Panzershop has really thought outside of the box on this one. The kit even includes a template to set the wheels right. But there is no interior or engine and drive train. I guess you can't have it all. so if I can find some shots I will try to scratch build the interior. So I have a lot of work ahead of me More later

if you want to follow the build as I think there will be a couple go to Armorama.com

Holy dead thread revival.  You do realize the last post in this thread was over 10 years ago?

Yes, necro thread.  But I find it interesting that Trumpeter or Hobby Boss have not kitted one yet, as it is in their wheelhouse.

A friend scratchbuilt one in 1/72 back in 2004.

I'm holding out for a re stock of the 35th scale " Topol" . That beast is out there, expensive, and mostly out of stock. Maybe at the Nats??

Have NEVER seen this kit anywhere. Very limited run, or just wasn't received well enough?

we're modelers it's what we do
