paint then seal with a gloss so the decals will go on nicely. then you can weather. But different effects (filter vs wash) work better using gloss or dullcote, depending on what you are trying to do.

Hi guys.

I am new to this site.

Just a have question, after apply base color and decal, do u seal it with Varnish first than weathering, or people just go directly to weathering?  Thanks.
