Steyr vs. Lorraine as ambulance

I am planning to build an ambulance and was considering either the Italeri 227 / Peerless Steyr tractor OR the RPM Lorraine SdKFZ 135. Any comments on quality/dfficulty of these kits? Do the back gate or door open for casualty
