I'm with Erik on this one. I used to use Humbrol 114, but now I'm using Testor's Acryl Russian green. It's pretty dark, but weathers very well.

I used Aeromaster Russian topside green. Went on really well. Can't find any anymore. It seems a bit light, so I'm not sure how overly accurate it is.

Humbrol 114 is my preferred choice for russian green, but unfortunately they don't make it any more. Now I use Tamiya XF-65 for acrylic, or ModelMaster Russian Green. Polly Scale makes a russian green, but I don't think it is dark enough, it looks more like a lt. green.

Hi all! Cool [8D]

Been wondering about this for a while, and now I have an IS-2m from zvezda waiting for painting. I'd like to do a black pre-shading but not quite sure about the green. Cookie seewel painted his Russian ISU-152 armor green with two colours (-from the article in FSM). RLM-79 Black green as a base coat, and Hunter green from floquil. what's the equivelent for the floquile? let say Testor's or Pollyscale or Humbrol.

Do you have any other suggestions, for a late Russian green?

Thank's alot!Big Smile [:D]
