Wow, I am sorry for making that site recommendation, I had dealt with this guy about a year ago, I bought a battlestar Galactica kit, I had no problems, even got a discount on postage, I guess that was "the luck of the Irish", thanks Gino for correcting me on the recommendation and pointing out the link, I would hate to think that I had caused an innocent person to loose out in such circumstances.

Stay far away from the JJ Models / Bam Bam Models quad bike.  It is a crappy copy of a 1/32 die-cast toy.  You can read more about it here:

As Rob describes, NewRay has 1/32 pre assembled quads. I know they sell a Yamaha and Honda because I have those two.

There are some 1/32 scale diecast ATVs on the market. Some might be in kit form assembled with a screwdriver and some snapping. You can find them at Walmart, eBay, Amazon.com, etc.

NewRay is one company that makes them. Larger scales like 1/12 or 1/18 have higher detail than the 1/32 scale ones though.

Dose anyone know of any company that produces 1/35 scale models of quad bikes, quad with trailers and riding figures?
