I'm currently painting this beast and while it looks good, I did have some fit problems. Most notably were with the stowage bins on the rear of the hull, to the right and left of the crew hatch. There are several pieces which must be carefully aligned or you will get gaps between the pieces. That is what happened to me. The rest of the hull went together well and with no real problems. On the turret I had problems putting the mesh turret basket together. The pieces wouldn't stay upright when I glued them to the top of the turret. So they kind of lean inward a little bit..lol The basket would have gone together better had more locating holes been available to use. All in all this model will look good when I'm done. I just wish Trumpeter hadn't broken everything down into separate pieces. This gives the kit good detail, but, IMO this makes building it a little tedious. If you have any more questions, e-mail off forum and I'll help as best as I can.
