I'm liking some of the cool subjects this company is coming out with, especially that Universal Carrier.

My only fear is that they might be over-engineered. I mean there are quite a few parts in that carrier. Has anyone built one of their kits yet?

Wow, that Universal Carrier looks like something that would interest me.  I had wanted to build an Aussie Carrier a couple years ago, but it appears they only ever used the MKI, and the Tamiya MKII was all that was available at the time.  Your right that it looks a little over engineered (like the P.E. seat brackets they have pictured....yowser!), especially for something that is quite small.  But being an entirely open topped vehicle I guess there are many that could appreciate that level of detail.  But it is going to make for a bear of a build.

I just wish they could do two-piece styrene tracks. The detail and assembly would be so much better.

I've seen a couple of builds done of their Radschlepper Ost and they looked up to modern standard in terms of molding, quality, and fit. The UC is available to pre-order so it will be released soon...as for the others, no firm dates set for them yet...but a lot of people are eager for them! Big Smile
