Anthracite Gray vs Panzer Gray

The two dark Grays included in my kit are - 71.056 Panzer Dark Gray RAL 7021 and 71.052 German Grey RAL7012/FS361152 which also is their RLM 75 equivalent.  They're very close in color.  I know MM makes an Anthracite Gray RAL 7016 which is listed as a WWII Panzer color as well.  So that what I was thinking as to why Vallejo put two diff Grays in the Panzer Colors box set.  

I have been looking into Anthracite grey, and from what i can gather its an air force colour used to paint ground equipment and steel helmits.

It should be Dark Grey RAL7021.

Then again this could then be factory fresh, aged, sun-bleached, faded, wet... 

I would not know what the vallejo range of colours can offer, but I would like to try Vallejo Primer German Panzer Grey (RAL 7021) # 70603 for myself.

The simple answer is never. Anthracite Gray was not a color that was ever ordered for use on the exterior paint schemes of German vehicles between 1938 and 1945.
