I did this Sherman a while back. I added some wire handles and little more weathering than usual. Comments are welcome.

Thats a big dang quarter you got there!! I thought this was 35th till I got to the last pic, nice!!

Same. I was going to comment about the co-ax machine gun not looking drilled out, but in this scale forget about it! Excellent work.
Yeah I thought you had a 1/35th M4 there- super work!

Oh my! It would be better if I could show you. I use some color modulation , washes, pigments, and dry brushing. I tell you what I will start a WIP of a Sherman I have that is ready to paint.

Yep that's me.
I too was deceived into thinking it was larger scale! First thoughts were "well, not too bad, tastefully done" and then I got to the last pic and realized it was 1/72 and was blown away to think of all the weathering detail you even managed to get into the little braille scale!

Thank you for the kind words! It was done as a painting exercise so I never really went as far I would normally go to finish the model.
Very nicely done. If I'm not mistaken, it looks like the Dragon kit to me, but much better than mine turned out. The 105mm is one of my more favored versions of the Sherman.
Another nice piece of work T. Do you think you will be doing more in this scale. Would also like to see more on your technique so get that WIP started.

I do one or two of these a year. I finished a Panzer III about a month ago.
How's about posting that Panzer III T. I'm sure it's as good as the rest of your builds.

Very nice! I also thought it was a 1/35 until I saw the quarter. And an excellent 1/35 at that.
