I run the string I use for tow cables trough a pool of thin CA and then let it cure, attach the eyes then paint. It kind of gives them a bit of spring like they are steel cable; the only problem is you can’t bend it into tight radiuses with out cracking unless you are real careful, but the string won’t fuzz up when painted. Hope that helps, I can’t wait to see your 223, I want some ideas b/c I want to do a 222 soon.

Later,
Brian.

yeah the M-10 is coming along, something im doing along with others, i had to wait a while for some parts to come in and its really just a thing that i have to be in exactly in the right mood for certain things, i dunno im just a strange lad. basically when i get frustrated with something i just put it down for a few days and go on to something else for a while.
- its coming though

Congrats CTrill on finishing your armored car. As for the Hetzer, its a pretty nice kit, but the tracks are another matter. You might want to buy some am tracks since they are indy tacks in the DML kit. Looking forwrd to pics.

i finally finished my german radio car 223, i added leather straps using masking tape, photo etch buckles, and guaze pad to roll up into a camo net. the only thing i have trouble looking at is the string they gave for the tow cable seems to be fraying after painting (does anyone have that problem or a better alternative) overall im happy with the work being it was only my 4th AFV, each one seems to get better and better.

Also for the next project i was wondering if any of you guys had any advice on two. Im thinking of the CMK Chezch Master Pzkpfw 35 command version, or the DML early Hetzer that i was able to find off EBAY. any advice on the two let me know.

as i said pics will be up in a day or two. thanks
- Chris
