I went to your site and read the remarks regarding the 2S6M.

I have used some am parts from Panda and I find their quality control to be very poor,as has 'Art Instructor' but he still turned out a good job.

I like the 'Merkava' as well...cheers....Kenny

Some more nice work by Art INstructor, Phaisal!

A word of advice: tell AI that he should learn to do "rain marks" and streaking on the sides of dusty vehicles like this. It gives a little more visual interest to otherwise blank, dusty sides. Streaks of fuel, water, etc, on the sides will add a little more visual interest.

Internet Search

The Namer [NAgmash (in Hebrew, Armored Personnel Carrier) MERkava APC] is based on the chassis of Merkava (Chariot) series tanks. The Namer (Hebrew for Leopard) has the thick armor of the Merkava IV. The Namer, like the Merkava has it’s engine is mounted in the front and door in the back of the vehicle. With the turret removed, a remotely controlled (from inside the vehicle) heavy machine-gun has been added.] Eleven people (a driver, gunner, vehicle commander and eight infantry) and a toilet for the vehicle.

Nice work! I understand DoD is interested.

waynec, my modeler used several methods for weathering. Starting from paining a few rounds, each time with lighter tone. Then maybe splashing strains using a paintbrush, dry-brushing and chalking with pastel chalks, etc.

f8sader, you're welcome and thanks for your kind comments.

Karl, thanks for your kind words and nice to hear from you again. I appreciate your advice about the "rain marks" and will pass it on to AI.

TomZ2, thanks! I just know Merkava means Chariot. Good search. These days I search mostly for songs, lyrics and vocalist's images..
