                        You are doing good. The build and the painting job are just great. I am planning to get one of those (probably Merkava 3 from Academy) for my modern armor collection. I already have the m1, challenger and leo 2 (still unbuilt).

                        Yep, i have combed the vast archives at missing linx. I should have enough material to get me buy but I just love looking at picks of this tank. i'd like to see a cutaway diagram showing how the troops are seated in the rear and ammostorage. The fuel is actually stored BETWEEN the armor layers.

The Merkava is 0ne of if not my favorite modern tank. it's so uncoventional. i have a 1/48 scale that i've dug out to refurb with some of the new stuff i've lerned around here. Know any sites with good reference pics. I have several books and most of the online pics i already have in my tank books.

                        Next to the box where you reply, click on "show forum code''

                        Go all the way to the bottom - where it says "image" sandwich your url from Ron's gallery between what it tells you

                        Only thing is - you have to sandwich the full size url - not the thumbnail that appears in the gallery

                        Here r a couple pics of my Tam Merkava In 1/35 scale. Still got a bit to do. Got to mess with the trax a bit, get sum acc and make a tow cable & track mountings. I will giv a detailed analysis when completed. As always tips and comments r welcome. Big Smile [:D]
