I always like the Out Of Box builds. No AM products. Cool

Look like a clean build. Any tips or info to report for us wanting to build this kit?

Hey  modeler#1 it looks like a great, congratulations. I especially like the photo where it is zoomed into the barrel but you can see the tank in the background at the same time. Cheers!

the kit is quite old and has some fitting issues, most notably when joining the top and bottom hulls. other than that it was a great kit for 20 bucks and a joy to build.

Looks great! Love the camo too!

You have to love the look of Soviet Cold War hardware- mount a gigantic gun on the smallest possible chassis!

The biggest flaw with this kit is the shape/profile of the turret at the junction of the main gun and turret. The way it was manufactured provides a bit of a shot trap.

The front of the turret should go straight down to the hull without any undercut beneath the level of the main gun.

Nice job. I've got a couple of those kits that I've robbed for parts on other builds over the last couple of years, and there may be enough between the two of them to cobble something up. I have a lot of fun massaging those old Tamiya kits......   good for what ails ya'.
