........Why would you want them?  Both the Italeri and Tamiya kits contain injected plastic tires.  All of the aftermarket ones are resin.

Exactly!

 The tires in the kit can easily be painted far better than any vinyl by simply using the correct colors.

 Here's the Tamiya M20 I built using the standard wheel parts with the additional scratch made chains.

No aftermarket company makes rubber or vinyl tires for any military vehicle.  Why would you want them?  Both the Italeri and Tamiya kits contain injected plastic tires.  All of the aftermarket ones are resin.

While not rubber or vinyl, try looking at Hussar products of resin tires. They have a pretty extensive line up of wheels and tires in 1/35 for various kits.
