The base, which includes rail tracks and a stone bed, is 44" X 8 1/4". The actual gun is a few inches shorter and about an inch narrower. With the gun in it's lowest position the overall height is about 9 1/2". With the gun elevated to it's maximum you'll need 24 1/2". Did I mention you'll need lots of paint?

That would be great if you can measure it for me. I know it will just take up too much room in my regular display case. So I'll need to make something for it. The help is greatly appreciated

Yes it's the 1/72 kit. I know it will just take up to much space in my regular display case so I'll have to make something for it. If your able to measure it the would be great. I would appreciate it very much

I have built the 1/35 dora and I have found it to be 7'-1'' long X 1'-2'' wide X 2' high. This is a great model to build but plan on some place to put it before you start. I also made a base for it and install the track so I had a place to put the sub assembles, this was important do to the many differant rail cars for the gun itself. Good luck, it will take a some time to build ,but enjoy.

Do you mean the 1/72 scale kit? If so the gun elevates (and is nicely counter balanced) so the height varies considerably. I'll measure mine when I get back home this evening. As a guess you'll need at least a foot to a foot and a half to properly display it. Lastly, buy more paint because you'll need it. This thing is huge but is a great kit.
