I am working ICM's kit right now.  The kit has a lot of small parts that can easily break.  The chassis and engine went together pretty well, no fit issues really.  What I am having more problems with is needing to have sub-assemblies painted and then glued on, which have small mating surfaces too.  I am generally a builder who likes to completely assemble, then paint, but the two tone color of this kit makes painting and then gluing easier, or else I would have to mask way too much.  I'll try to take some progress shots of what I have so far and post them tomorrow if you'd like.

cool. coming along nicely.

i have one of these too along with 20+ modern trucks. chassis looks pretty straight forward from a truck builder perspective, might freak out a tank guy first time. i'm still trying to figure out the best way to paint them, sequence wise. i have heard icm has lots of delicate parts, review of the ww2 fire truck said that too. is the engine glued in? i usually don't put it in until the frame is done which usually means the front differential is also painted before mounting because of drive shaft fit. and the muffler and exhaust pipes.
