                        M142 HIMARS Kit? Anyone kitbash one?

                        I'd like to build a M142 HIMARS but don't seem to find any kits. Anyone know if one is (or was) made? Has anyone kitbasshed a M270 and FMTV 5 to truck?

                        My son's in a HIMARS unit so I wanted model one.

                        Most of the models I've built in the last 20 years have been aircraft so not much experience with armor

                        Any  suggestion/ information etc will be appreciated

                        I have thought of using the Forces of Valor piece as a pattern to make a more accurate launcher pod and put it on the excellent trumpeter M1083 FMTV truck.  I just can't justify the price of the FoV die-cast piece when I will only use it as a pattern then scrap it since it is very toy-like in my opinion.  I can't find any good pics/measurements of the launcher or i would scratch it.
