Good question... Have you tried looking on Prime Portal?

F is for FIRE, That burns down the whole town!

U is for URANIUM... BOMBS!

N is for NO SURVIVORS...

Tanks and armored vehicles are white inside. Wheeled vehicles are probably like US counterparts, interior mimics exterior color.

hey stik didn't see anything on prime portal for this but there is some BUNDESWEHR truck stuff.

hey rob my M-106s were white forward but pale green aft in the gun area. i think the czech DANA is a pale tan inside. don't care since i closed everything up on her. and warwheels tend to be different in some aspects. on my foreign stuff will use common sense and artistic license. not too many PLA and JGSDF experts running around the states judging models. good to know on the JGSDF TYPE 96 8x8 photo. i built a B and have an A in the stash.

You asked about JGSDF vehicles, so I answered based on my very limited knowledge of modern Japanese vehicles. I know the interior color of just about any US vehicle that's been in use since the 80s so I don't know what the comment regarding your M106 has to do with the conversation.

My last M106 variant (the 120mm XM1064) had the sea foam green driver's compartment and OD green combat compartment. But I don't know what that has to do with JGSDF vehicles.

Hey rob i probably misread your message, long day. I think i was suggesting, albeit it poorly, more open us vehicles arent white. Your suggestion that jgsdf vehicles would be similar to us vehicles is a good one. Thanks. I will revisit the m113 thread with your suggestions on whose paint most closely matches the foam green.

What I said is that (Japanese) tanks and armored vehicles are white inside. Wheeled vehicles (Japanese versions of deuces, HMMWVs, other softskins) are probably painted like US counterparts where the interior color is similar to the exterior color (except for cases like old 3-color NATO stuff that was painted tan outside for deployment).
