Looks like a fun build there Carlos! I always laugh when I see "crew leaders" and whatever the equivalent may have also passed for in the IJN, the officers with the sticks pointing to incoming targets (like in all the classic war movies). I can't help but wonder if it was really necessary, as if the gunner was blind or something. I imagine conversations along the lines of"
Crew leader: "Look, right there, that is a plane, shoot it!"
Gunner: "I know, I can SEE the d**n thing, I'm not blind you know!"
Loader: *mumbling to himself* "Don't screw this up, don't screw this up, don't screw...wait, does tab A go in slot B or was it tab B in Slot A?"
Crew Leader: "look, it is right there are you not paying attention?"
Gunner: "I know it is there but the OTHER one is closer and SHOOTING at us!"
Of course I know this isn't true since the gunner probably would get shot by the officer before he could open his mouth, and the loader would be shot before he figured out which one was slot B.
