Hi,

A PE/resin set for the GMC Duece and a half is available from Verlinden Productions. Kit # 1314. It includes a Resin. .50 cal MG, M3 ring mount, complete engine, fuel tank, firewall, upper decking, radiator, tools, fuel & ammo cans, stowage, wipers and more and a large PE fret. They also make a Duece and a half engine for the tamiya kit. THe engine kit # is 524.

Hope that helps

Matt

Good luck on your Model old soldier. Everyone has given you good products names for the truck.

The Tamiya GMC 2½ ton truck is a WW2 version that also saw service in Korea. The AFV Club 2½ ton truck is the more modern Vietnam era (M35A1) and current era (M35A2) version. Although the M35A2 is currently being phased out of front line use.

AFV Club also has just released the former Skybow Big Shot Dodge1¼ ton cargo truck.

Tamiya makes two add-on sets for their deuce and a half. One adds a ring mount, canvas doors, and a rolled back rooftop (35231) and the other adds a cargo load to the back (35229).
