ADV Azimut makes one, but it's a bit pricey. And the Azimut items are hard to find. But then again, if you have some experience building in resin, or are willing to take your time and get the experience as you go along, the Azimut kits are really great-looking when done, as they cover unusual items like this one.
This is the gun that's actually an AAA piece. It was sort of their version of the German Flak 88 that was also used as an AT weapon in times of need, like in '41 or at Kursk. As far as I know they never put it on a typical low AT carriage. Anyone? I think they went from 76.2 to 100mm on the dedicated AT carriages.
