No it was a already made rail car from a HO train company, and the guy took the Trumpeter armored russian rail car 1.72 and put it over the flat car and was able to connect it to other rail cars on an ho train set

It was a flat car Trumpeter or Dragon? Maybe about a year ago and it didn't look out of scale at 1/87 HO scale, hope it helps.

Ok so im not crazy, good,I remember he put the trumpeter armored railcar on a ho flatcar

Tank I've seen that video on You Tube but it's been a while. He removes the 1/72 model wheels for HO and  has a technique but I don't remember. Shouldn't be that difficult for a flatbed like a Verlinden in 1/72, but a rail gun or locomotive could be problematic.

There was a video of a guy showing modelers how to take 1/72 armored rail cars and put them on HO flat cars so they would run on an HO train set. Does anyone know the video im speaking of
