Well if they are like Revell, you can go on the website and do a missing parts request and they will send em to you free of charge. You may be able to get the tracks by saying they were not in the box, possibly the other parts too, but it would be more likely that one or the other was missing, not both. Not suggesting any dishonesty, but if that is the only way you can get a hold of them ( which I know it's not ) then you might as well give it a try.
