I have seen a pic or two with mgs mounted, not lately though. I'll see if I can find one.

One of the older kubel kits used to have the mount in it. I think the mount went across the car behind the front seats kind of crude but worked. Ican't remember the company that put it out though. Sorry---------------------------------------Stephen
Seals are crazy. I have the papers to prove it . You on't jump from a plane in less its on fire. You don't swim to a shore and go hunting bad guys with wet weapons yet I did. And pouud of it. Nam 68-69

It's the old Tamiya kit. The new one that's out now doesn't have it. It was basically just a rod from one side of the car (inside) to the other. The ends were bent back towards the rear of the kubelwagen and fastened to the frame between the doors. The center of the tube had a rectangular bracket into which the mg mount went. (This all according to the Tamiya model.)

Confusing sounding, but not too bad, really. I could take and post a pic of it, if you'd like,

Hey now, Panzermeyer13, check out a bridge too far, a movie with sean connery in it. There is a big attack across arnhem bridge, with like 3! MG mounted kubelwagons in it.-they get flipped around, so you can see the mount from all driections.
