no worries, glad to be of help. About the Jagdpanther i cant find any photos of the tracks but i would imagine that as Hakan said, they would be the same as the Panther given that they share the same chassis/running gear.Smile [:)]

Thanks Neudog and welcome!

I'll have my crews check that one out (crews.. you know, those little plastic guys who just stand around and do nothing all day.. or was that officers? Wink [;)]. I've the feeling that I have a few Panthers in need of adjustment.

Thanks !
Nice clue. I am working on a jagdpanther. I guess it would have the same. Didn't Panther and jagdpanther used the same chasis and tracks?

Correct Panther A track tension Adjustment

If anyone is interested, "the panther track is correctly adjusted when the track just touches the second bogie wheel from the front, ie, when further tensioning would lift it off this bogie wheel" ( Forty, George; "German Tanks of World War II ' In Action' ", London, Blanford Press, 1987 ).The quote is purported to be from a Wermacht file paper obtained by U.S Army intelligence in June 1944.To anyone with an interest in German tanks in ww2 i would highly recommend this book. It contains several photos of battle damage and other useful details.
i hope this will be useful to someone.
