theres some reviews for AFV club kits here http://pmms.webace.com.au/reviews/vehicles/afvclub/afvclub.htm

the Sdkfz 11 tracks are nice with holes in them there ment to be a bit too long, but id prefer them too long than too short

Yeah... I hear you on the kits they have selected. I read in a armor mag a review of the Sdkfz 11 when it first came out. The reviewer wasn't too thrilled with the quality of the tracks that came in his kit. I see they have made a indy link set for this kit. So maybe they have tried to correct any problems, which is A-OK by me. Not every company is willing to do that.

I have yet to build any of their kits Glenn, I just like the topics they have. I haven't heard any negative reviews of their kits, so that must be a good sign.

Tigerman-
I've heard mixed reviews on their Sdkfz 11. In particular bad tracks. Any thoughts from what you can see? I do see they offer a 'track set' for the Sdkfz 11 though.

They have some obscure subjects like the German 105 and Pak 43 and upcoming Pak 40. I like their half tracks also.

I've done the Sd.kfz 11 3 tonne half track, which I've just recently got the single link tracks for,and can't wait to get the LeFH 18 howitzer and the new 88mm Pak. If you don't mind the minute parts that you just about need a microscope to see, I think the quality of their kits is great.

I have several AFV Club kits: M10 Wolverine, Hummer, M48H, 20mm Wiesel, TOW Wiesel, M88A1, M41A3 Walker Bulldog, M548A1 ammo carrier, M35A2 deuce and a half, M102 105mm howitzer as well as most of their single link tracks.

Their kits are good quality, the Wiesels are exceptionally nice. The Hummer and M48H tank are basically Academy kits with resin conversion parts included. The Wiesels include photo etch parts and the Wolverine and Bulldog include metal barrels.

AFV Club has also started reissuing former Skybow kits like the Dodge WC trucks.

I have 3 AVF kits: the M18 Hellcat, the 155mm Long Tom and the LeFH18M 105 MM howitzer. The kits are well detailed and are flash free. The aluminum barrels and rubber tires nice touch. I haven't built either yet, but I do like what I see so far.

I have a had look or two at the AFV Club Scorpion CVR (T), I was wondering if anyone out there has any comments about AFV Club kits in general or this one in particular? Before I decide to buy (or not) I thought I would tap into the community's knowledge base. Thanks for the help.
