I believe the build was a dragon kit. A tank, possibly german. I remember him remarking it had like 1000 parts or so. What's unique about this build is the artist only used cheaper acrylics from like Walmart or something but still it came out fantasic. I'm actually not even sure if it was posted on FSM but the thread was popular so I am hoping this will ring a bell for someone, thank you.
