What scale size would brass tubing need to be for the gun barrels

The M61 barrel is tapered, but averages out at around 1.2" Ø for both the standard & lightweight variants - this is 30.5mm, which at 1/35 (?) is 0.87mm or 0.034".

As stated above, they are not straight tubes.  You can get AM ones with teh proper taper and muzzle vent for about $10.
