For anyone who remembers IL-2 Sturmovic, have a look at this astounding looking RTS (real time strategy) from the same people:

Game looks really good. I know there was another RTS released with 'real world' ww2 weapons, but I can't seem to remember the title. Hopefully I'll still be able to find it in the used bin. Any word on when this will be comming out.
For those that play Battlefield 1942, do you play with dialup modem or high speed line?

I play 1942 on a cable modem. The problem I had was my video card. Had to upgrade to play it.

I don't know I have Call of Duty and Battlefield 1942 but still keep going back to Medal of Honor. I love playing that game in multiplayer mode.

I won't have any probs running the damn game, my pc is fairly high end, but my DSL went down as we're remodelling, and won't be up for a while, so I was just wondering whether dialup worked ok, since I still have that :)

Taht is an awesome looking game. To much cool stuff being developed to not be able to have it all.

I play BF1942 with dial up as well. Seems to work allright for the most part. I still need to upgrade to a real graphics card to get the full benifit though out of the game.
