I appreciate all the great info.

However, I'm really not too concerned with 100% accuracy (for the 72nd kits). I'm sure my Dad won't remember all those details...it's been 40 years! Hell...I can't even remember to basic color of the interior of a plane I spent almost 100 hour in, just a few years ago! So long as it's recognisable as an M60, he'll be happy...and thusly, so will I!

When it comes time to do the big 35th kit...it'll be another story. I know you've given me some great info on it already, a while back. Project keeps getting put off.

Basically, all I'm worried about for the two 72nd kits, is the lights. I'd be happy to make a trade or pay shipping/costs, whatever. Just one would be fine...I can scratch up a copy, if I have something to compare to.

Rob Gronovius
let me know if you need one so I can dig one out.

If you've got an extra just laying around, never to be used, I could definitely use it. That would be very helpful and very much appreciated!

1/72 M60A1 spot light?
Posted by fermis on Monday, February 15, 2016 1:01 AM

I am in need of two spot lights for my Revell M60A3's (which will be done as A1's).

Is there any in the a/m world???

I have a pair of Revell kits (1/72) and a Tamiya in 1/35, that I want to build for my Dad (keeping one of the 72nd's for myself). I have sourced the light for the Tamiya kit (from a fellow modeler). The 72nd kit that I'm going to do for Dad will just be in overall polished aluminum...gonna make it a Christmas ornament. The other 72'nd and 35th will be of Dads tank, as it was, in Germany, back in 72-73.
