                        Hello!

                        Since few days i have problem with log in the forum on my PC. As You can see no problem to do on my mobile.

                        Has anyone the same problem?

                        Kalmbach Publishing made a change in the way forum members accounts are authenticated. That forced everyone to log in again. It also requires a stronger password with both letters and numbers. If you are unable to access your account and reset your password, contact customer service at800-533-6644.                         Thanks for the info, but do 't understand why can i logg in via mobile i can't via PC.

                        You are not the only one with that issue. I have no idea why that hapenned to so many members. Did you call or email FSM? First step is to re-do your password as explained in the post.

                        It could also be due to whether or not you've got 'stored' passwords on your different platforms. I had a similar issue where I could login to one part of the systems with a stored password that didn't meet the new requirements but other areas were rejecting it as invalid. I ended up resetting it to a new password that did meet the requirements, logging out, then re-logging in to get the new password 'saved' so that I could access everything once again. HTH! :)
