Ah, it is always a pleasure to see a model of a Tiger-Killer (he-he-he) especially done by you. Beautifully done, Sherm and what's that on top? I thought you said you don't do figures! Those are great looking figures if I might say. And the dirt...what can I say. It is a dirty tank. LQ2 is right the armor forum is getting a bit dirty nowadays. LOL.

Gotta build my Firefly soon.

Hey Shermie,

That is an outstanding model. I did a doubletake when I saw the Tiger tracks on the turret. Great job with the mud too.

Thanks again all.

The dio this was going in was progressing just not the way I would have liked so I turfed it and started again. Should still be done in the next few days with a little luck.
It's time to wrap these two up, I hear another Sherman calling out to me.

Spector - the figures represent Canadians in the winter Pixie suit. I believe the Brits used the same item.

Thanks again all !!

Jim - The gunner is DML's with the head swapped from an Airfix Multipose figure. The commander is from Ultracast and is an excellently sculpted figure.

Boy the armor forum is getting awful filthy lately, someone might need to hire a miad soon! Looks awesome Robert, another fine Sherman for your small but growing collection of them.

Sherm, Wow!! [wow] looks great ! Thumbs Up [tup]

Great mud on the trax ! Figures look good too, are they both from the Dragon kit ?

Great stowage, too ! Looks very realistic, like a lot of reference pictures I've seen.

Thanks all for the kind words.

Bill - the Ic is based on the M4 Composite hull Sherman and the Vc was based on the M4A4.

Jon - yes ... I finally found a use for Tiger tracks around here.

Looks terrific, Robert. I haven't been in the GB thread for a while. Too discouraged with how slow I am, I guess. Sorry.

What was the main difference between the Ic and the Vc??
