I thought I felt a disturbance in the force while I was in the wilds of MS. Guess it must've been Roberts head exploding.

I like it. Very Frankensherman.

Hey, what does Robert know about Red-necks? Isn't he on the wrong side of the border (that's the Mason-Dixon 'border') for that??

Chris, they look great. Looks like your 'box-top' experiment worked out great. I'm never that creative. That's why I rely on you dudes so much!!

LQ2 that looks interestingly different. I would suggest to have 4 sherman guns in there. That way you'll have a quad105 halftrack. Evil [}:)]Wink [;)]

Looking good.

You forgot the bailing wire with the duct tape and J.B. Weld! Can't be a true redneck rig till you use some bailing wire! Throw a few chickens in there also for effect! Ha ha!

Looking good so far though so keep up the good work Chris!

If this was true Redneck Engineering ..... it would be up on blocks, with a couple of hounds sitting on the couch in the back.

And oh ya ...... it would be in Erush's backyard.
Happy Modelling and God Bless Robert

The drunks at the American Legion had a Duster mount on the back of a deuce and a half for a while until the other drunks at the VFW shamed them into taking it off. Looked pretty cool but not as good as your build. I like it.

Only in my twisted presently underused mind! Big Smile [:D] The more I look at though, the more I want to figure out how to adapt it onto the halftrack.

Thought I would post somewhat of a progress pic of the Quad Half-track and Sherman everyone decided they wanted to see. So far I have just assembled the majority of the hulls and such and primered them while it was 80 outside today. I also today fixed the sponsons on the sherman. Did'nt have access to any styrenne so I aplpied a little redneck engineering ( minus the normally required duct tape and J.B. Weld) so I just used an old kit box and cut them out , put some match sticks in the hull to hold them up and glued them in. So far they seem to be handleing the primer very good. This is probally just the first experiment on it.
So on to the pics how unorthodox they may be ( I'm in my 3rd month sitting at home and starting to get extremely bored)

More to come sometime soon I would imagine.
