Thanks for the pic and info. There is no cover for the Trumpeter kit. I wondered why it was exposed next to the driver. Looks easy enough to make a cover.
Why the battery box would be open, I don't know, it has a lid.
The Eduard PE for the kit has the lid. No luck finding the wiring, but if I were to guess, it would be wired in parallel.
Working on the Trumpetter Sd.Kfz.7 8 ton. It has 2 batteries shown that will be visible and I want to wire up. Does anyone know if the second battery was just for the winch, or were the batteries wired in parallel for extra current?
