Find your pic on flickr and go to share. You want the BB Code option. Copy it and just paste it here. If you use what they call the BB code option you just copy and paste everything as it stands. Paste it in the body of the text and don't fool around with any of those choices in the menu above the body.

I don't see any url.  Thanks for trying to help.  I know it will be easy once I've done it.

click the Flickr share option and copy the url, then when you paste it into the picture pop up window here, delete all the text but the url that says "https:// .jpg" (keeping the stuff inside those two phrases).

Couple of my Tamiya 1/48 scale kits from years ago.

I have a flicker account.  I have the 4 pictures that I would like to send here picked out.  In flicker I could sent it to someone as email or post to facebook.  But when I'm in Finescale and start a post, I can't get the description they are asking for.  I go to flicker mark them, but when I return to Finescale my post is gone, and I have to start over again. I repeat this two or three times then give up and go on with my life.

I'm building a Steyr 1500A Kommandeurwagen.  I would like to post some pictures, but I haven't quite figured out how to yet.  I've tried several times but to no avail.

 

First, you have to get the pictures onto the web.  Either with you own web server or via a free photo posting service like flickr, or instagram, or photobucket.  Once you do that, you need to paste a 'URL' (what you type into a browser) to see the picture.  That's the basic high level view, for help with your chosen specific service, try looking up the forum help page at http://cs.finescale.com/fsm/feedback_help_and_testing/f/22.aspx  If you have specific questions, let me know and I will try to help as much as I can.

The Tamiya chassis are already primed. No need for additional priming beyond the primer you use on the entire kit to have a consistent base coat. Just member you need to use super glue on metal.

No truly exceptional prep needed, Rooney. While metal, treat the parts as you would plastic. If needed, file parting lines, check fit, dress with sandpaper, prime and paint. The Tamiya primer works very well.

Use CA or epoxy - otherwise, pretty standard stuff. Enjoy the build!
