Charley: Glad to hear it. When you finish your M10 please post her here, I'd love to see her.

Rob: I'll see what I've got. A least one or two boxes of misc Sherman parts, I'll try to find and dig though them tonight or the weekend.

To all and sundry... thanks for all of the tips, but I have sourced some wheels for my needs. Thanks to all!

Gamera

Gosh I've got a zillion M4 road wheels from the Asuka/Tasca and Academy kits that come with multiple sets. Lemme look around and I'll see what I can dig up- I'll try to get back to you by the weekend.

I need to hit you up for some of your excess Academy Sherman road wheels!

Thanks SP, I've got one of the new Tamiya M10s. I'll check to make sure they're kosher.

Those may not fit the axles on the Tamiya kit. Tamiya has a rather thick axle on the bogie units compared to all the other makers out there in 1/35.

The Tamiya M4 Sherman coes with spoked road wheels, but solid idler wheels from the original M4A3 kit.

Maybe off their M4 kit. If the sprues for that are the same. It has the earlier open spoke wheels.

Building the New Tool Tamiya M10... But, Need Spoke Type Wheels
Posted by CharleyGnarlyP290 on Thursday, June 29, 2017 12:07 AM

I am currently building the new tool Tamiya M10 TD in 1/35. The kit comes with solid type wheels and idler and the subject I am building needs the spoked type.
Any ideas where I can get a set of these wheels to fit this kit?
