Hi,
Summer holidays are almost over and I am back from 10 days in Portugal.

Moving ahead with the assembly of the commanders cupola when I realize that I have lost the outer side of the persicopes.
Unfortunately the inner part is a 1.5 mm to hight to make a replacement.
It might not be visible in the picture but the periscope is protruding over the brackets that are supporting the ring later:

I will not let this stop me at this time, but the parts do look tricky to scratch.
Clear part, triangle shape with one square corner and sides 1,5*1,5 as in the picture above - any ideas anyone?

I am also writing to info@asukamodel.com to see if they can help out with replacement parts.

Best Regards
Johan

Hello Bufflehead,
Glad to bring a smile on your face :)

Yes they do give you the bolts separate, actually I thing they are greas fillers.

Its been on the shelf since I could not make up my mind about getting an aftermarket barrell for it. Today I cant understand why that held me back from getting on with the build...I guess you live and learn ;)

Hi Bish,
You can find my attempt at the Tamiya Pz II undder this link:

This is the Tasca 1/24. Size comparsion here below:

Meanwhile I have lost so many parts that I will need to do a bit of scratching  to get on with the build, among others I have lost all of one side off the periscopes.
Just hoping that it is the outer side that I still have :|
Will do some paintwork before I assembe the cupola so that is WIP right now.

Hi Gamera,
Thanks for your kind comment!

Very Best Regards
Johan
