Wow, I can’t say enough about these guys, I ordered the 4” hold and fold kit last Saturday. When they packed my order they let me know that they didn’t have any PVC rolling bases left and it would ship with a wooden one instead. They told me they would ship me a PVC one once the made some, free of cost. WOW, can’t say I have heard of service like this in a very, very long time. I was expecting a few weeks to a month would be the waiting time but the new base shipped today, 5 day from the original ship date, how many company would have just waited the 5 days, most if not all.
