Today I tried sticking two plastic slips on the handle of the U-Star Hobby Mini Razor Saw to fill the empty spaces left when trying to install the Zimmert Coating Applicator. And YES!!!, I success, and now the handle could hold the Zimmert Coating Applicator.Smile

Hello!

It would help to measure the tab that the handle is supposed to grip. I believe you could buy Olfa art knife and it's handle could probably do the trick. But they come in different sizes, so choosing the right size will be critical here.

Hope it helps, have a nice day

Handle for Tamiya Zimmerit Coating Applicator (35187)

I am trying to find a handle for Tamiya Zimmerit Coating Applicator (35187). The insturction of the Zimmerit Coating Applicator calls for Tamiya's Handy Craft Saw (74018) which is discontinuedTongue Tied, and is replaced by Tamiya's Handy Craft Saw II (74111).

My question is could the handle of Tamiya's Handy Craft Saw II (74111) hold the Zimmerit Coating Applicator?

If not, then are there any 3rd party saw handle which could be used to hold the Zimmerit Coating Applicator? (I have tried USTAR's Hobby Mini Hand Saw (UA-92600) which turns out couldn't hold the Zimmerit Coating Applicator.)
