That is exactly what I thought . I just can't get my head around 1/35 though . I still miss ( I know , don't hold my breath ) the old Bandai 1/48 scale German Armor units with Full Interiors .

 They built up so well and to me didn't seem to have any fit issues . I even built about five SdKfz 251s  In about all the variants they had then . Nice little vehicles .

I have fond memories of the Bandai kits, and still own quite a few. Hobby Boss (they sell a 1/48 M4A3 Sherman at Hobby Lobby) released a line of 1/48 scale armor kits that consisted of a half dozen or so Shermans, T-34s and KVs. The T-34 series came with interiors like the Bandai kits did.

The Italeri World of Tank kits are old reboxes of 1970-80 tank kits and the old Esci T-55 that's sold as a Chinese Type 59. Not a good kit, but buildable.

I just missed the Bandai 1/48th kits. I remember them in the Squadron flyers I got back in the '80s but didn't really get into armour until they were leaving the market. Seems funny no one bought out the molds and kept them in production.

The old Bandai molds were picked up by Fuman who also obtained the old Frog trademark. They reissued several kits. I don't know how many of them they did, but the ones I know about or have had are the M4A3 76, Hetzer, Willys Jeep, Flak 88, Valentine, Nashorn, Schwimmwagen, Jagdpanther, 155mm Long Tom, several others.

Fuman releases included peel type stickers. The sticker sheet was the same color as as the plastic and you cut the markings out and stuck them to unpainted plastic. The sticker sheet was a copy of the Bandai decal sheet.

Lol, I looked it up and the actual kit goes back to 1974! At least unlike some the Tamiya models it was never motorized and lacks the holes etc those do.

Apparently it does come with a bottle of cement, some generic decals from the game, and a invite and bonus code which I'm assuming you can redeem for ingame goodies. Back when I played I got a code in a Dragon Panzer I that had already expired when I opened it!

You can find the same kit in a different box without the goodies and cement on Ebay for less than twenty bucks- and frankly I wouldn't pay that for it. The Dragon kits are just that much better and not that much more expensive esp if you can find them on sale.

I built a few of the Tamiya 1/48th scale kits but they were just too small for me. My eyesight was never that good and now I'm getting to the point I can't do anything without an Optivisor. I just fine 1/35th a lot easier to work with.

TB: It's hard to tell. Italeri has been sticking some odd kits in WoT boxes like a Russian T-55 and labeling it a Chinese Type 59 for instance. I'd guess it's the old Italeri Panzer IV though. I don't think there are any scale issues but I built that kit as my first 1/35th tank back in around 1987 or so. At the price they're charging for most of them you can get a much more recent issue better detailed Dragon or other newer kit for cheaper.
