It depends how your doing it. If you select each image, select download this photo then then view all sizes. Pick the size you want, then copy and paste tghe link into the insert/edit image box.

Just copying and pasting the link. Tried the insert image thing but it didn't work. Yeah I will keep practicing my airbrushing and maybe weathering. The dark green and the german Gray was too dark.

Eric, i have been thinking about getting another. Is that the Italian front version with the upgrades?

Yes, but I forget the upgrades. I do believe you get some figures with it too

Thanks Eric, might have to grab me one of those.

I have the older kit, built it once but it didn't survive my move. Now my kit languishes in the stash, it is a really nice kit for sure.

Hope your pix come up as they probably aren't as bad as you think. Consturctive criticism never hurts, we've all been beginners or returners so climb aboard and enjoy the knowledge.

I built the original. Great kit, sans the tracks. Well that was some years ago, and I bought another with some modelkasten tracks. I'm debating whether to sell that off and get the new release with the upgrades and link-to-length tracks. Decisions.

Sounds cool, looking forward to your photos.

I like Bish, tend to paint the tools and stuff like that separtly and then attach them at the end.

It's the early Tamiya wespe. Yeah I have made a few mistakes with it, but I am learning a lot here.

Look forwardto seeing the pics when you can. Is this the new Italianj Front boxing or the original one. I have just finished repair the orignal kit i built years ago and is one of the few to have survived. Nice kit.

I always paint my tools before attaching to the vehicle, i find it easier to paint them and to get the early weathering done on the vehicle.

Tamiya Wespe
Posted by Panzer Joe on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 4:12 AM

Hi all Ive almost finished this Tamiya Wespe. This is my first attempt at airbrushing and I also experimented a little with weathering pigments. I am a bit nervous posting it here, did it mainly because any tips on improving it would be welcome.

 Wespe

I do know that the camo is blotchy in some parts and the barrel of the 105 howitzer is pretty bad. I painted all the tools and parts while they were on the Wespe, which I struggled with. I might try touching it up a bit. Also might try some dust and streaking when I get some. Oh and the tracks need a lot of work.
