well, I'm back from AZ. it was very nice down there. Hobby Lobby gave me a few goodies, but I was shocked as we were checking into a motel in pinetop AZ that, unbelievable!!!, a HS was situated directly across the street. anyways, we had a nice vacation and now I gotta hit the styrene to get some models done fast.

Welcome back,

I hope it is starting to warm up for you up there, 'cos it is starting to cool down here.

So how much extra luggage did you come back with?

Is the Quad and 25pdr going to get trotted out for the towed gun build?

Or maybe even the Flak?

we will have to see if the quad/25 will get built for the towed gun. I highly doubt it, but I haven't ruled it out. I want to do some kitbashing with the flak. (and not a real vehicle, ie: anyone remember the bren i mated with a 37mm)

Wait a minute... F? 4? Where am I, I'm confused. My light side is coming back out. I see corsairs and skyraiders. Just kiddin. That F4 sounds cool. I like any model that's detailed and small Big Smile [:D]. Sounds like you had a great trip. I like the hobby store across the street. I think they knew you were comingWink [;)]. Glad you're back safely.

Welcome back home, Chris, and back to your house, too!!

Glad you scored some kits. Did you check on the way into town to make sure it was open season on all those kits? Doesn't sound like you had to do too much hunting, though.

Welcome back Chris. Glad you got the pics I sent.

Nice to see someone come back from hols with more than an empty wallet and memories.

I just got an email from one of the guys in my club that is bringing some kits to sell on Saturday's club meeting - all at 1/2 retail price here. Got my eyes on a heap(Tamiya Pershing, Tiger late or early pro, mobelwagon (new one) and Matilda to name a few), but it is first in best dressed, so I better wear my elbow spikes. Maybe my smile will be as big as yours come Saturday arvo.
