Thanks a lot Derek. Finally I understand the roles of those cables. So, since there is not any remote director to conncting, Can I leave those losses ends in this way, losses, I mean, without attached to anything?

The cables were for connecting to a remote director. They could attach several guns and searchlights to a central director. The searchlights would track the target and the info was fed to each gun, an indicator on the gun would show
the necessary info and the gunners would set their indicators to match.
