The Tamiya kit is just a rebox of the Italeri kit with a few extra Tamiya sprues. And the Italeri kit is a retool of their 80s vintage M109/A1/A2.

But AFV Club and Panda both make new tool kits of the Paladin in 35th Scale.

It depends on which version of the Paladin his unit has.  The AFV Club kit is an M109A6 Paladin, which is the earlier version that is now being replaced by the M109A7 Paladin, which is what the Panda kit is.  The A7 is currently being fielded and I am not sure if Ft Stewart has them yet.  They are pretty different.  The A7 has an all new hull and tracks based on Bradley components.  The turrets are pretty much the same though, with the A7 turret having a few different features.

The AFV Club kit is the one you want then.  It is a great kit and goes together well.
