Teensy Models.
Posted by Tanker-Builder on Friday, February 7, 2020 11:35 AM

Oh Boy;

       I got some train stuff lately and got a surprise. Down way in the bottom of the box were some Armor models. They are made of metal. But the Centurion Tank is just barely and inch long.

      Now that said, The Zundap motorcycle with sidecar is just barely a half inch long! They are made by a company called Game Figures,Inc. From Aurora ,Colorado. My question is ,What the heck scale are they? Help !

    In the package for the Motorcycles there's two! With drivers and passengers. The figures are sure tiny.    T.B.       P.S. They come in rectangular Blister packs with a Green ( Light) paper insert and a little white label that says re;  12020050 Zundapp Motorcycle W/Sidecar.

Likely 1/285 or 1/300. They are very common scales in miniatures wargaming. Companies like GHQ and others have extensive WW2 and modern ranges in this scale.

Hmmm, looks like a wargaming company. A quick websearch and it looks like they shut down about ten years ago.

Looking on Ebay I'm getting that they're N scale- 1/160th.

If you don't want them you might try throwing them on Ebay and seeing what you get.

Do these packages look like the same thing?

Glad to be of help!

Actually I would have thought them the same scales given by MJames. Unless they didn't want their stuff used with the GHQ miniatures.

And the price is probably higher simply because they're out of production. The seller probably figured since you can't get them anymore he's raise the price.

You can ask whatever price you like. Doesn't mean anyone's going to pay it...

Hi;

       I have found this to be very true. Not so long ago I was going to buy a Monogram M-48-A-1 just for the memories ya know? Well, the seller had another Model as well. Different subject. Now he wanted $60.00 for the tank. He wanted $75.00 for the other kit.

       I know for a fact that Both have been on the " Bay" ( free Shipping ) for less. So someone convinced him they were worth more. I wish him luck. By the way, " Bay" finds arrived and they were both in the original box and complete even to the Decals!
